Pantech Group Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company, which is primarily engaged in the provision of management services. The Company operates through three segments: Trading, Manufacturing and Investment holding. Its Trading segment is engaged in the trading, supply and stocking of high pressure seamless and specialized steel pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, and other related products. Its Manufacturing segment is engaged in the manufacturing and supply of butt-welded carbon steel fittings, high frequency induction long bends, stainless steel and alloy pipes, fittings and related products, machining and welding of tube and pipe fitting in special metals, and hot dip galvanizing, engineering fabrication works and manufacturing and trading of industrial consumable products and metal precision machining, engineering, and turnkey solutions. Its Investment holding segment is engaged in the investment holding, property investment and management service.
