XCL Education Malaysia Sdn Bhd entered into sale purchase agreement to acquire its Additional equity interest in Sri KDU International School Klang and R.E.A.L Education Group and Sri KDU Schools from Paramount Corporation Berhad (KLSE:PARAMON) for MYR 120 million on September 26, 2022. As of December 1, 2022, Paramount Corporation Berhad (KLSE:PARAMON) signed SPA Amendment Letter with XCL Education Malaysia Sdn Bhd to replace Clause 3 of the SPA.
