EQT Capital Limited agreed to acquire 19.72% stake in Parcel Technik S.A. (WSE:PTE) from Arts Alliance GK S.A. (WSE:MID) for PLN 0.53 million on April 15, 2019. Under the terms of the transaction, EQT Capital Limited will acquire 2.1 million shares of Parcel Technik S.A. for PLN 0.25 per share.
