PARK24 Co., Ltd. revised consolidated earnings guidance for the fiscal year ending October 31, 2021. For the year, the company revised net sales guidance of JPY 255,000 million compared to previous guidance of JPY 282,000 million. Revised operating loss guidance of JPY 3,500 million compared to previous guidance profit of JPY13,500 million. Revised loss attributable to owners of the parent guidance of JPY 9,500 million compared to previous guidance profit of JPY 5,000 million. Revised loss per share guidance of JPY 61.48 compared to previous guidance profit per share of JPY 32.36.
PARK24 Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the operation and management of parking lots, as well as the lending and sale of cars. The Company operates through three business segments. The Parking Lot (domestic) segment is engaged in the provision of hourly and monthly parking services, as well as the management and operation of incidental facilities of parking lots. The Parking Lot (overseas) segment is engaged in the provision of hourly and monthly parking services in Taiwan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Singapore and Malaysia. The Mobility segment is engaged in the provision of car rental services, car sharing services and road services for car accidents and breakdowns.
