CHANGE OF REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS

Parkway Trust Management Limited ("Company"), as the manager of Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust, wishes to announce that the registered office address of the Company will be changed to 9 Raffles Place, #26-01 Republic Plaza, Singapore 048619 with effect from 14 November 2023.
