Parque Arauco S.A. Announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced operating income was CLP 17,437.675 million compared to operating loss of CLP 6,778.649 million a year ago. Net loss was CLP 5,244.803 million compared to CLP 15,704.340 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was CLP 5.79 compared to CLP 17.34 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was CLP 5.76 compared to CLP 17.26 a year ago. For the half year, operating income was CLP 34,837.916 million compared to CLP 23,666.094 million a year ago. Net loss was CLP 9,944.934 million compared to CLP 6,255.767 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was CLP 10.98 compared to CLP 6.92 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was CLP 10.93 compared to CLP 6.87 a year ago.

The Company focuses on the acquisition, development and management of multi-format real estate assets, mainly for commercial use. The Company owns and operates various formats of shopping centers, such as regional, neighborhood, outlet malls and strip centers.
