PASSPORT ENERGY LTD. ANNOUNCES ISSUANCE OF STOCK OPTIONS

Calgary, Alberta, December 9, 2013 - Passport Energy Ltd. ("Passport") wishes to announce that it has granted an aggregate of 7,150,000 stock options to certain directors, officers, employees, and consultants of the Company, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. The options have a term of five (5) years and an exercise price of $0.05 per share.
The Company trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the trading symbol "PPO".
