Patisserie : UK accounting watchdog says looking at Patisserie Valerie

LONDON (Reuters) - Britain's accounting watchdog said on Friday it was looking carefully into the announcement from Patisserie Holdings of a potential accounting fraud.

"We are looking into this matter carefully and will give full consideration as to whether further action is appropriate as more facts become available," the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) said in an emailed statement.
