RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Patties Foods Ltd announces that Michael Knaap has tendered his resignation as Chief
Financial Officer of the Company to pursue another career opportunity.
Mr Knaap, who joined the Company in 2009 will remain with the Company to assist with a transition process and the completion of year end statutory accounts.
Mr Steven Chaur, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, said "I would like to thank Michael for his significant contribution to the Company over the past six years. Michael's leadership extended to all aspects of PFL's business, including as interim CEO in late 2013 to early 2014. We wish Michael every success in the future".
The Company will now initiate a search for a replacement Chief Financial Officer.
