PBA Holdings Bhd announced appointment of DATO' HAJI ROSLI BIN ISA, aged 58 as Non Independent and Non Executive Non-Independent Director, with effect on November 06, 2023. He has done Political Science from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM); also completed diploma in Education from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and diploma in Public Administration from Institut Tadbiran Awam Nagara. Working experience and occupation: YB Dato' Haji Rosli bin Isa began his career as Education Service Officer in Public Services Commission of Malaysia from 1991 to 1994.

He was appointed as Assistant Director of Administrative and Diplomatic Office in Implementation Coordination Unit of Prime Minister Department (ICU of JPM) in 1995. Thereafter he was appointed as Assistant Director of Perak State Development Office, ICU of JPM in 1995 and resumed this position in 1997 until 2023. He was appointed as Senior Assistant Director of Budget Management Division of Ministry of Finance and Chief Assistant Secretary of Finance and Budget Division of Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) in 2003 and 2006 respectively.

Subsequently, he was appointed as Director of Management Services Division of Department of Polytechnic Studies and Community Colleges, MoHE and redesigned as Chief Assistant Senior Secretary of Development Division, MoHE in 2007. He was promoted to Senior Deputy Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Development Division, MoHE in 2009 and 2014 respectively. In 2015, he was appointed as Divisional Secretary of Development Division of Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and thereafter appointed as Divisional Secretary of Human Resource (HR) Development Division of Ministry of Transport in 2017.

He was appointed as Director General of Road Safety Department and subsequently held the Group Position in Public Service Departments. During 2019 to 2020, he was appointed as Divisional Secretary, Asset Management Division, Ministry of Education (MoE) and Deputy Secretary of the Senior Division, HR Management Division, MoE. He held the position as the Director of Selangor State Development of ICU of JPM from 2020 to 2022 and at the same year, he was the Secretary General of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources.

Before he assumed the current position as State Secretary of Penang, he was the Secretary General of Ministry of Natural Resources, Environment and Climate Change.
