(OTC Bulletin Board: PCSV), which designs and delivers educational products and services to the K-16 market, today announced that William F. Albert has been promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the U.S. market. Mr. Albert has previously served as Vice President of the Company's After School Business Unit. His duties as Vice President of Sales and Marketing will involve the development, execution, and oversight of sales and marketing initiatives for all three PCS domestic strategic business units.

PCS interim Vice President of Marketing, Glen McCandless, joined the Company at the beginning of FY2011 to design a marketing strategy for sales into the domestic market and to identify and recruit a full-time Vice President of Sales and Marketing by the end of the fiscal year. "Due to the challenges presented by the educational market in the current economy, we needed to be more aggressive and accelerated our original timeline for this initiative," stated Robert O. Grover, President of PCS Edventures. "Mr. McCandless concluded his role as Vice President in the third quarter, and we accelerated our efforts to identify a permanent replacement. Based on past performance and his demonstrated ability to effectively organize and execute innovative sales strategies, Bill Albert was selected to fulfill this key management role."
