Perma-Pipe International Holdings, Inc. announced the appointment of Matthew Lewicki to Chief Financial Officer replacing long time financial executive D. Bryan Norwood who informed the Board of his intention to retire effective October 2, 2023. As CFO, Matthew is charged with leadership, oversight and execution of all PPIH financial matters and will serve as a key business advisor to the senior leadership team and Board of Directors. Mr. Norwood will transition his responsibilities to Mr. Lewicki while assuming the role of Vice President, Strategy until his retirement on March 31, 2024.

Mr. Lewicki joined PPIH in 2023 and has served as the Chief Accounting Officer. Matthew has 20 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, most of those years at Oil and Gas infrastructure services organizations. Prior to joining Perma-Pipe, Matthew served as Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and Financial Planning at Quanta Services, Inc. and most recently as Corporate Controller of the Global Organization at HMT Holding Corp, Inc. and Subsidiaries.

Matthew has a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Lamar University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
