Attending the ceremony, on behalf of PV Drilling, there was an attendance of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Cuong - Party Committee Secretary, President & CEO; Mr. Nguyen The Son -Member of the Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice President; Mr. Do Danh Rang - Vice President. On behalf of PVD Tech, there was an attendance of Mr.Trinh Van Vinh - Chairman of the BOD; Mr. Nguyen Van Tho - Managing Director and members of the BOD, BOM, BOS, manager/ deputy managers and members of the project management board, the project appraisal board.
Mr. Nguyen Van Tho - PVD Tech's managing director opened the ceremony.
Vungtau workshop was established originally with the Wellhead, Welding, Maintenance and Mechanical Engineering workshop, which plays an important part in broadening and improving the service chain for the drilling industry, contributing to affirm the service provision capability of PVD Tech towards the clients in the industry. During 17 years of operation, PVD Tech has successfully developed the system of workshops with the state-of-art machinery, professional manpower to be trained, managed and operated in accordance with international standards, continuously affirming the company's prestige and its service provision capability both domestically and internationally.
The factory construction project, phase III of PVD Tech.
In order to broadening production demand in the following period as well as increasing market share and number of clients, PVD Tech implemented phase III of the factory project at Street No. 11, Dong Xuyen Industrial Zone, Vungtau city. Together with the new factory, machinery will be increased accordingly so that the Company can not only maintain its market share and position in the field of oil and gas technical service provision; but also have chances to promote services in renewable energy field and other industries, etc. The factory - phase III will be built in a large scale with various state-of-art machinery, aiming to serve for installation, maintenance all types of electric motors, rotating equipment, turbines, hydraulics, and aerodynamics, etc. with total investment of over VND 34 billion. The project is expected to be put into operation prior to 30 April, 2024.

Making a directing speech at the ceremony, PV Drilling's President & CEO Nguyen Xuan Cuong affirmed: "The construction of factory - phase III is in accordance with the investment development strategy for period of 2022 - 2025; in the meantime, catches up with the current energy growth trend, especially in the field of renewable energy. The factory - phase III, which is expected to be put into operation prior to 30 April, 2024, can help PVD Tech to expand its market share, improve its service quality and affirm brand reputation for both PVD Tech and PV Drilling.
