Pharma-Bio Serv, Inc. announced that the Board of Directors approved a special dividend of $0.075 per share for Shareholders. The special dividend will be payable on or about February 15, 2024 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 30, 2024.

The Company markets its services to pharmaceutical, chemical, biotechnology, medical devices, cosmetic and food industries, and allied products companies in Puerto Rico, the United States, Europe and Brazil.
