Results of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

On March 6, 2024, Pharvaris N.V. (the "Company") held an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (the "EGM"). The final result of the agenda item submitted to a vote of the shareholders is as follows:

Agenda Item. Amendment to the Company's articles of association.

The Company's shareholders approved the amendment to the Company's articles of association.

A copy of the amended articles of association of the Company is attached hereto as Exhibit 3.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
