CGI of Thuan An high-rise residential complex
Decision No. 4544/QD-UBND, issued by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thuan An City, approved the master plan for Thuan An I high-rise residential complex in Thuan Giao Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province.
The decision defines the nature and objectives of the project as a high-rise mixed-use residential and commercial complex, designed to provide a suitable living environment with a complete infrastructure system and convenient connections to the surrounding area. It aims to contribute to developing a more upscale Thuan An City with upcoming modern amenities and greater land use efficiency.
The project is expected to accommodate about 3,811 residents with 2,753 apartments, reaching a maximum height of 39 floors with 3 to 4 basement levels, with Thien Long Building Real Estate Investment and Development JSC as the Developer as per Decision No. 2049/QD-UBND dated August 11, 2023, of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee.
The approval of Thuan An 1's master plan is a positive signal for the real estate market. The project will introduce many housing units to the market in 2024, meeting the increasing housing demand in Binh Duong and the gateway to HCMC.
