Photocat A/S (OM:PCAT) announced that it has issued 500,000 shares at a price of SEK 9.5 pr share for gross proceeds of SEK 4,750,000 on November 21, 2019. The transaction included participation from Scanventure A/S for 289,575 shares for gross proceeds of SEK 2,750,962.5, Strategic Investments A/S (CPSE:STRINV) for 145,208 shares for gross proceeds of SEK 1,379,476, returning investor Spring Nordic I, a fund managed by CAT Seed A/S for 43,479 shares for gross proceeds of SEK 413,050.5, and Mette Therkildsen, Michael Humle, Keiko Albers from management subscribed for 7,246 shares each for gross proceeds of SEK 206,511.
