Piraeus Bank S.A. announces that, following the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders dated 16.06.2020, the demerger of 'PIRAEUS INSURANCE AGENCY S.A.' by way of absorption by 'PIRAEUS BANK SOCIETE ANONYME' and 'PIRAEUS AGENCY SOLUTIONS SINGLE-MEMBER SOCIETE ANONYME FOR THE PROVISION OF INSURANCE PRODUCTS' DISTRIBUTION SERVICES AND FINANCIAL SERVICES' (formerly known as 'ACCOUNTING CONSULTING & TAX SERVICES BUSINESS ADVISERS SOCIETE ANONYME'), in accordance with the provisions of article 55 para. 2, article 58 and article 140 para. 3, of Law 4601/2019, article 16 of Law 2515/1997, and the provisions of Law 4548/2018 as in force, was approved on 29.06.2020, by virtue of the decision of the Ministry of Development and Investments Nr. 66868/29.06.2020, which was registered on the same day in the General Commercial Registry with Registration Number 2162483/29.06.2020.th2020.
