Pivotal Software, Inc. Announces Resignation of Khozema Shipchandler from the Board of Directors, Including its Audit Committee, with Effect from September 4, 2018

On August 7, 2018, Mr. Khozema Shipchandler notified Pivotal Software, Inc. that he intends to resign from the Board of Directors of Pivotal, including its Audit Committee, to pursue other priorities, effective September 4, 2018. Mr. Shipchandler's resignation was not due to any disagreement with Pivotal or its management with respect to any matter relating to Pivotal's operations, policies or practices.
