The Board of Directors of PJBumi Berhad announced that the Company had on 17 October 2023 received a Conditional Development Order from Majlis Perbandaran Sungai Petani, Kedah Darul Aman ("MPSPK") in relation to the Proposed Development of its existing 4.6 acres industrial land located at Sungai Petani, Kedah. The Proposed Development comprises of 24 units of Smart Medium Industrial Factories with estimated Gross Development Value ("GDV") of MYR 42 million. The Company, will endeavor to make the relevant announcement(s) from time to time in relation to the abovementioned development.

The details of the development land are as follows: - Title particulars: Lot No. PT 60594, Title No. HSD 35968, Bandar Sungai Petani, District of Kuala Muda, State of Kedah.

Land area: 18,630 square metres (about 4.60 acres). Category of land use: Medium Industrial. 4.1 The Conditional Development Order is subject to the followings: a) The Company shall comply with the requirements set by technical departments/agencies including Perbadanan Pengurusan Sisa Pepejal Dan Pembersihan Awam, Jabatan Pengairan Dan Saliran, Syarikat Air Darul Aman, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Jabatan Bangunan MPSPK and Jabatan Perancangan Bandar MPSPK.

b) The Company shall made necessary fixed payment, if any. c) The Company shall submit the completed plan that complies with the requirements of the technical department/agency. As at the date of this Announcement, the Company wishes to confirm that it had successfully met all the above conditions.

The construction and completion of the Proposed Development is scheduled to be 18 months.
