Pkp Cargo S A : Current Report No. 33/2020 of 6 October 2020 - Abandonment of the Project pertaining to the acquisition by PKP CARGO of shares in P.U. Hatrans Sp. z o.o.

The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. ('PKP CARGO', 'Company'), in reference to Current Report no. 48/2019 of 20 September 2019, hereby reports that it has abandoned the project pertaining to the acquisition by PKP CARGO of shares in P.U. Hatrans Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Łódź ('P.U. Hatrans').

Having conducted a number of analyses, the Company's Management Board decided to abandon the project of PKP CARGO acquiring an equity stage in P.U. Hatrans.
