ADDITIONAL EXPLANATION:

During Polisan Holding Board of Directors meeting dated February 8, 2021; Mr. Murat Yıldıran, serving as both a board member and the CEO of Polisan Holding, requested to transfer his duty as the CEO suggesting that he accomplished the targets set for the restructuring of Polisan Holding. Accordingly, Polisan Holding Board of Directors decided:

1. Mr. Mehmet Hacıkamiloğlu, currently serving as the General Manager of Polisan Kansai Boya, to be assigned by proxy to act simultaneously as the CEO of Polisan Holding as of April 1, 2021;
2. Mr. Murat Yıldıran, who significantly contributed to Polisan Holding in this process with his experience and know-how in change management, to continue to act as the executive board member of Polisan Holding and its subsidiaries.
