Polynet Public Company Limited announced at the AGM to be held on March 29, 2024, proposed dividend payment from the operating results ended on 31 December 2024 and accumulated profit totaling THB 171,000,000 for 450,000,000 shares, representing THB 0.38 per share to be distributed to the Company's shareholders. During the fiscal year 2023 the Company distributed interim dividends on 8 September 2023 from the net profit of the company's operations, totaling THB 40,500,000 for 450,000,000 shares, representing THB 0.09 per share, Additionally, the allocation of profits in the amount of THB 2,200,000 was approved to be set aside as legal reserves. Therefore, there remains a distribution of additional dividends from the net profit of the company's operations ended on 31 December 2023 totaling 130,500,000 THB 450,000,000 shares, representing THB 0.29 per share. The record date for determining shareholders entitled to receive dividends is set for 08 March 2024 and the dividend payment date is scheduled for 17 April 2024, Additionally, the
allocation of profits in the amount of THB 6,800,000 was approved to be set aside as legal reserves. However, the entitlement to receive the aforementioned dividends remains uncertain until the 2024 AGM's approval.
