NOTICE TO THE MARKET
PORTO SEGURO S.A. ("Porto") (B3: PSSA3), in compliance with CVM Resolution 44/2021 and current legislation, announces to its shareholders and the market in general the integral acquisition of Fernandes e Fernandes - Sistemas de Aquecimento Ltda. ("Unigás"), through its direct subsidiary Porto Serviços Ltda. ("Porto Serviços").
Unigás, headquartered in the city of Campinas, state of São Paulo, is a company established almost 30 years ago, with extensive experience and expertise in the area of installation of heating systems, natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas, as well as providing technical assistance, maintenance, repairs and individualization of consumption meter.
With this operation, Porto enters the segment of installation and technical assistance related to heating and gas systems, taking another important step towards the diversification of its services business, which currently includes Porto Seguro Assistência e Serviços S.A. and CDF Assistência e Serviços Support Digital S.A.
The completion of the transaction is subject to the usual precedent conditions for transactions of this nature.
