Porto Seguro announces succession process in the executive presidency

Porto Seguro S.A. ("Company") announces to its shareholders and the market in general the choice of Paulo Kakinoff to succeed Roberto Santos, as of January 2, 2024.

Kakinoff has been a member of the Company's Board of Directors since March 2020, also serves on the Audit, Marketing, People, Remuneration and Integrated Risk Committees. He has 25 years of recognized executive experience, acting as CEO in the automotive industry and civil aviation. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of companies in the civil construction, renewable energy, asset leasing, pulp and paper, logistics and mobility sectors, in addition to NGOs in the areas of education and sports.

Roberto Santos joined the Group as CEO of Azul Seguros in November 2003, assuming the presidency of Porto in 2018, having led the Company in this period of remarkable achievements and outstanding performance. He also serves as President of the Board of Directors of the National Confederation of General Insurance, Private Pension and Life, Supplementary Health and Capitalization Companies - CNseg, where he will continue to exercise his mandate. Roberto will remain in charge of the Company's operations until the end of this year, when he will take a seat on the Board of Directors.

With this movement, we do reinforce the strategy of diversifying our areas of operation - Porto Seguro, Porto Saúde, Porto Bank and Porto Serviços - strengthening the Porto ecosystem, by accelerating the Company's sustainable growth path, generating value for all stakeholders and being increasingly a safe haven for people and their dreams.
