Posco Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire a 60% stake in POSCO-Poland Wroclaw Steel Processing Center Co., Ltd. from POSCO Holdings Inc. (KOSE:A005490) for KRW 22.7 billion on November 18, 2022. Posco Co. will pay KRW 377,559 per share for 60,000 shares of POSCO-Poland Wroclaw.
The transaction is expected to close in December.
