NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Positivo Tecnologia S.A. ("Company") (B3: POSI3) refers to the Notice to Shareholders disclosed on April 28, 2023, referring to the payment of dividends approved at the Ordinary General Meeting, with the purpose of rectifying the amount of dividends per share informed in that Notice to the Shareholders.
On April 28, 2023, the Company announced the approval of the payment of dividends for the year ended December 31, 2022 in the amount of R$ 71,990,432.08 (seventy-one million, nine hundred and ninety thousand, four hundred and thirty and two reais and eight centavos), corresponding to R$0.51415389970 per common share.
However, an inconsistency was identified in the disclosure of the amount of dividends per common share due to changes in the "Treasury Shares" account, reflecting a difference of R$ 0.00009879287 in excess, when the correct amount is R$ 0, 51405510683 per common share.
Also considering that on May 31, 2023, the Company paid the first installment of dividends based on the incorrect amount of R$ 0.51415389970 per common share, the Company clarifies that it will deduct the amount of R$ 0.00009879287 per share, so that the dividend portion to be paid on September 30, 2023 will consider the amount of R$ 0.3341012419350 per share.
