Potomac Bancshares, Inc. has announced that it has appointed Andrew C. Skinner to its board of directors. Skinner will replace Mary Clare Eros, who has retired from the board of directors on December 31st after eight years of service. Skinner currently serves as an attorney at Skinner Law Firm, in addition to serving in the Armed Reserves.
