Huafeng (Jiangsu) Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 36,699,700 in equity funding from returning investor Power HF Co., Ltd. on August 24, 2022. The transaction is approved at the 16th session of the investor's 3rd directorate.
On September 13, 2022, the company announced the resolutions of the Second Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2022. The name of the proposal: "About changing part of the raised funds to increase capital in wholly-owned subsidiary for the implement fundraising projects? is passed by board of directors.
Power HF Co Ltd is a company mainly engaged in research, development, manufacturing and sales of engine components. The Company's primary products are engine components, including cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, crankshafts and connecting rods, which are used in medium and heavy trucks. The Company's other products include diesel engines, which are used in agricultural machinery, construction machinery, power generation and ships. The Company is also involved in production of generator sets, including engines, generators and chassis, which are mainly applied in communications area. It also provides equipment installation, debugging and comprehensive operation and maintenance services for communication base stations, covering generator sets, air conditioners and antennas. The Company sells its products to both domestic and international markets, including Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
