Power REIT, through a wholly owned subsidiary of the Trust ('PropCo'), in connection with the acquisition of a 37,000 square foot property located in Riverside County, CA (the 'Property'), received an assignment of a lease (the “Lease”) with Fiore Management LLC d.b.a Canndescent (the 'Tenant'). The Lease provides that the Tenant is responsible for paying all expenses related to the Property, including maintenance expenses, insurance and taxes.
