Powerwell Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company is principally involved in the design, manufacturing and trading of electricity distribution products which comprise low voltage (LV) switchboards, medium voltage (MV) switchgears and related products. Its products include LV main switchboards, sub switchboards, distribution boards, MV switchgears and related items. The Company is a Siemens AG technology partner licensee, licensed to produce and market LV SIVACON S8 switchboards as well as MV SIMOPRIME switchgears. The Company designs and manufactures fully type-tested LV switchboards under the trademark Powerwell. The Company's projects include Osram Opto Semiconductors, 200mw Paramount Btrac Diesel Power Plant and D' Rapport Residences. The Company's subsidiaries include DB Power Sdn. Bhd., Powerwell Marketing Sdn. Bhd. and Powerwell Vietnam Company Limited.
