Acting pursuant to Article 17(1) of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC ("Market Abuse Regulation") the Management Board of PZU SA ("PZU SA", "Company") hereby reports that on 7 April 2021 it adopted a resolution on accepting and submitting to the PZU SA Supervisory Board the Annual Consolidated Solvency and Financial Condition Report of Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń Spółka Akcyjna as at and for the year ended 31 December 2020.
At the same time, the PZU SA Management Board reports that, also on 7 April 2021, the Company's Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to approve the Annual Consolidated Solvency and Financial Condition Report of Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń Spółka Akcyjna as at and for the year ended 31 December 2020.
The obligation of disclosing the Report stems from Article 289 section 2 of the Act of 11 September 2015 on Insurance and Reinsurance Activity (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 895, as amended).
The PZU SA Management Board hereby encloses the Report in question.
