The Management Board of Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń Spółka Akcyjna ("PZU SA") hereby reports that on 12 March 2020, Paweł Surówka tendered his resignation in consultation with the Supervisory Board from serving in the capacity of President of the PZU Management SA Board as of 12 March 2020.

In accordance with art. 369 § 5 of the Commercial Company Code Paweł Surówka's mandat expires at the time of tendering the resignation.

The tendered resignation does not give any reasons.
