3.Type and monetary amount of dividend distribution:
(1)Total amount of earnings for stock dividends to common shares is
NTD 10,085,940 with 1,008,594 new shares issued. (10 shares per 1,000 shares)
The total monetary amount of employee remuneration is NTD 122,300,000
which is calculated based on the closing price NTD 389.5 at the date
of one day previous to the Board of Directors' Meeting on 22nd April 2022.
The number of issuing shares shall be 313,992 shares.
If the employee remuneration (amounted to NTD 116) is less than one share,
it shall be distributed in cash.
(2)On 25th April 2022 and 4th July 2022, the board of
directors of the company passed a resolution to distribute
cash dividends of NTD 1,109,454,082 based on the
2021 annual earnings. Cash dividends to be distributed to
shareholders based on the names of the shareholders and
their shares held in the shareholder register on the
record date, a cash dividend of NTD 11,000 per thousand
shares, and calculated to the nearest dollar (rounded down).

(1) The proposal of new share issue through capitalization of earnings and
employee remuneration has been approved by Financial-Supervisory-Securities-
Auditing on June 27, 2022.
(2) Shareholders are requested to complete the transfer procedures before
the book closure date(2022/07/21).
(3) The distribution date for stock dividends: The issuing new shares
through capitalization are in non-physical form, which shall be allocated
to depository account or registration account of the shareholders within
30 days after the approval of change of registration by the authorities.
