Name of the previous position holder: Independent Director: Li Ming Hsien; Independent Director: Liu Zhi-Hong and Independent Director: Wu Lin-I. Name of the new position holder: Independent Director: Li Ming Hsien; Independent Director: Liu Zhi-Hong; Independent Director: Wu Lin-I and Independent Director: Wu Meng-Che. The effective date of the new member: June 19, 2023.
