Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI)today announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2019 (the 'Annual Report') has been published.

The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at the Company's registered office at Eastgate Court, High Street, Guildford, Surrey GU1 3DE at 10:00 a.m. on 5 February 2020.

Copies of the Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting are available to download from the Company's website corporate.premiermiton.com/documents and will be sent to Premier Miton shareholders who have elected to receive a hard copy.
