Premier Tank Corporation Public Company Limited ("The Company") , the initial public offering (IPO) of 110,00,000 shares during February 4 - 8,2022 at the price of Baht 3.50 per share and the company received proceeds, after deducting expenses related to the offering of such capital increase share, in the total amount of Baht 368.36 million.
