Press Kogyo Co., Ltd. (TSE:7246) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 2,000,000 shares, representing 1.94% of the outstanding shares for ¥1,000 million. The purpose of the program is to implement a flexible capital policy and to improve shareholder returns.
The program will run until September 15, 2023. As of April 30, 2023, the company had 103,116,456 shares issued and outstanding (excluding treasury stock) and more than 5,477,814 shares of treasury stock.

The Automobile-related segment is involved in the manufacture and sale of automotive parts, automotive assembly and automobile molds.
