Prestige Holdings Ltd. announced that Mr. Daniel Fitzwilliam tendered his resignation as a member of the company's Board of Directors, as Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee, effective February 29, 2012. Mr. Fitzwilliam has been a member of the Board of Directors for the last twenty years, including five years during the ownership by PepsiCo International, and Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee and a member of the Audit Committee since the company was publicly listed in 1999. Mr. Fitzwilliam was a senior partner in the law firm Messrs Fitzwilliam Stone Furness-Smith and Morgan and now acts as a consultant to the firm. The company is therefore announced that Mr. Kurt Miller has been appointed a Director to the its Board of Directors, to replace Mr. Fitzwilliam, effective March 1, 2012. Mr. Miller is a Senior Partner and Head of the Commercial Department of Fitzwilliam, Stone, Furness-Smith & Morgan. He joined the Firm in 1986 and has been a Partner since 1992. His area of specialty is finance, banking, and corporate/commercial transactions.
