Prima Meat Packers, Ltd. (TSE:2281) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Rudi's Fine Food Pte Ltd from Dymon Asia Private Equity (S.E. Asia) Fund, L.P., managed by Dymon Asia Capital (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., Rudi Ahl, and Bessie Ahl, the founders of Rudi's on June 25, 2021. For the period ended June 30 ,2020, Rudi's Fine Food reported revenues of SGD 14.3 million. Completion of the proposed acquisition is subject to the terms and conditions set out in the definitive agreement.
