Prismi S.p.A. announced a private placement of minmum of 56,923,077 common shares and a maximum of 70,769,230 common shares at a price of ?0.065 per share for minimum gross proceeds of ?3,700,000 and maximum gross proceeds of ?4,600,000 on November 22, 2023. The transaction will include participation from new investor Alascom Srl.
