P G Foils Limited announced that it expects to receive funding from Stonecolour Exim Private Limited, RP Metaliks Private Limited, Vicco Products Bombay Private Limited, Priti International Limited, Swabhiman Marketing Pvt Limited

P G Foils Limited announced a private placement of 3,890,000 warrants on August 13, 2021. The warrants will be issued on preferential basis. The warrants will be convertible into 3,890,000 equity shares of INR 10 each for a period of 18 months from the date of closing.

The transaction will include participation from promoter and promoter group and others subject to approval of the shareholders of the company and such other regulatory or statutory approval. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
