Pritika Auto Industries Limited Announces Resignation of Subramaniyam Bala as Independent Director, Member of the Audi Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee

Pritika Auto Industries Limited announced that Mr. Subramaniyam Bala, has tendered his resignation as the Independent Director of the Company, with effect from 18th August,2023, due to pre-occupation and other personal commitments. Consequently, he shall also cease to be a Member of the Audi Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company.
