PREMIER VALLEY BANK ANNOUNCES CASH DIVIDEND

FRESNO, CALIFORNIA…August 19, 2014… Premier Valley Bank (OTC Markets PVLY) today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a cash dividend. The dividend of seven cents ($0.07) per share is payable to shareholders of record on August 29, 2014 and is to be distributed on or about September 12, 2014. Based upon the recent trading price of PVLY common stock, the cash dividend, which totals approximately $870,000, indicates an annualized yield of approximately 4.6%.
J. Mike McGowan, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "Our seventeenth consecutive quarterly cash dividend is indicative of Premier Valley Bank's continued successful financial performance. The recurring quarterly dividends, along with the Bank's share repurchase plans, reflect the Board of Directors' confidence in the future of the Bank."
