Prosperity Bancshares, Inc. and Prosperity Bank Announce Management Changes

On February 13, 2018, Michael Epps, Executive Vice President of Prosperity Bancshares, Inc. and Senior Executive Vice President/Financial Operations and Administration of Prosperity Bank announced that he will retire from his positions with the company and the Bank effective March 2, 2018. Robert Dowdell, Executive Vice President of the company and the Bank, will assume certain of Mr. Epps’ responsibilities until a permanent replacement is named.
Prosperity Bancshares, Inc. is a regional financial holding company providing personal banking services and investments to consumers and businesses throughout Texas and Oklahoma. The Company's traditional deposit products include certificates of deposit, interest-checking accounts, money market accounts and savings accounts.
