Open Network for Digital Commerce announced a private placement of 500,000 equity shares at a price of INR 100 per share for gross proceeds of INR 50,000,000 on January 22, 2024. The transaction included participation from returning investor Protean eGov Technologies Limited. The shares were issued at par.

The investor now holds 3.85% of the paid-up equity share capital.
