On Friday, 25 November, 2022, PT Lautan Luas Tbk aided victims of the Cianjur earthquake in 6 points spread over 4 villages and 2 districts, with an estimated 3.303 beneficiaries, through disaster response assistance. With more than half a century of experience in the water sector, the company provided clean and ready-to-drink water, as well as medicine and other generators.

As of Wednesday, 23 November 2022, the National Disaster Mitigation Agency stated that 2,043 people were injured and 61,908 people were displaced from the Cianjur earthquake. Material losses, such as damaged houses, amounted to 56,320, with approximately 22,241 heavily damaged, 11,641 moderately damaged, and 22,090 lightly damaged.
