PT Matahari Department Store Tbk approved the resignation of Ms. Miranti Hadisusilo as the Company's Independent Director. The company appointed a new member of the Company's Board of Directors, namely Ms. Rachel
Fiona Stack as the Company's Independent Director, with a tenure following the remaining tenure of current Board of Directors of the Company which up to the Meeting for the 2023 financial year which will be held in 2024. Thus, the composition of the Board of Directors shall be read as follows: President Director - Bunjamin Jonatan Mailool, Independent Vice President Director - Terence Donald O'Connor, Independent Director - Niraj Jain, Independent Director - Irwin Abuthan, Independent Director - Herni Dian Anggreani, Independent Director - Rachel Fiona Stack.
