PT. Asuransi QBE Pool Indonesia announced that it expects to receive IDR 27 billion in funding from PT Pool Advista Indonesia Tbk and other investors.

PT Asuransi QBE Pool Indonesia announced a private placement of 600 common shares at IDR 45,000,000 per share for gross proceeds of IDR 27,000,000,000 on January 21, 2015. The transaction will include participation from existing investors in accordance with their shareholding sizes. Existing investor PT Pool Advista Indonesia Tbk will purchase 270 shares, bringing the total number of shares to 450 shares, for IDR 12,150,000,000 and will retain its 45% stake in the company.
