It operates through two segments: Department Store and Supermarket. The Company operates outlets under the Ramayana, Robinson, and Cahaya. The Robinson offers household appliances, electronics, food, beverages and fresh products. The Ramayana sells fashion products, household supplies, cosmetics, books, stationery and children’s toys. It has over 104 outlets consisting of 104 Ramayana Department Stores and 73 Robinson Supermarkets. All the stores operated by the Company are located in Jakarta, Java (West Java, East Java and Central Java), Sumatera, Bali, Kalimantan, Nusa Tenggara, Sulawesi and Papua.
